A lush mix of the Snowberry’s delicate pink blossoms and other native flowers give this extraordinary honey a complex sweetness. It is truly a mountain honey away from major agriculture. At times the bears like to treat themselves to it, it’s so good!
Snowberry honey is one of our most popular honeys. This year’s crop is extremely light in color partly because of being cold processed from Hive to Home and the plentiful Snowberry blossoms due to the high moisture in the region.
It can be used on the table, to bake with and performs quite well in making mead, craft beers or blended with a rich Whiskey.
